  • Why did I get so many of one flavor and not enough of another?

    We are very sorry for the lack of variety that you received in your variety bag of Airheads. Using an automated process, the candy pieces are randomly put into the package.  Although the limited assortment you received is uncommon, it sometimes does occur.

  • Are Airheads gluten-free?

    Our Airheads Bars are gluten-free. To meet FDA regulations for “gluten-free,” a finished product must have less than 20 parts per million of gluten. When tested, our Airheads Bars showed no gluten in the products.

    Airheads Bites, Gum, Gummies, and Pops are not tested for gluten; therefore, they cannot carry a “gluten-free” claim.
    Airheads Xtremes Bites, Xtremes Belts, Ropes, Sourfuls, and Soft Filled Bites contain wheat and cannot claim to be “gluten-free.”

  • The product I purchased did not have a good flavor or taste.

  • Do Airheads contain peanuts?

    The following Airheads products are peanut free: Airheads bars, Bites, Pops, Ropes, Soft Filled Bites, Xtremes Belts/Bites, Sourfuls and Gummies.

  • The product I purchased was hard or stale.

    Quality and freshness are of the utmost importance to us, and we’re sorry we disappointed you this time. We have extensive quality control processes to ensure we get consistent texture when we produce our candy. However, on the way to your store, there can be some variation in temperature and humidity which can impact texture over time.   • Do Airheads contain dairy?

    Airheads do not contain dairy (except Airheads pops which may contain dairy); however, since it would not be typical for dairy to be found in our products, we perform no specific test for it. Please keep in mind that due to the fact that most of the ingredients are agricultural products and could be processed on equipment that may also handle products containing these items, we cannot make the claim that our products are free of said items.
